The hotel was very close to the metro station and right at the U-Bahn station Lohmühlenstrasse. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful. The hotel was clean and had good facilities.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location, very close to the metro station, made it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and the view of Hamburg from my room was fantastic. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included in the rate was a great perk.
All was ok, with nothing major that could be improved.
